From Russia… With Spam

Decisions, decisions…. to ban the entire .ru family of email domains? As far as I can tell I have NEVER received a non-spam email or blog comment from a .ru email address. Their newest fun is mass blasting blog registrations (which currently sit “forever pending” for the time being).  I’m assuming that like all spam techniques they’ll eventually find away to automate or circumvent current restrictions, thus I’m considering a preemptive strike and just blacklisting them (and a few others) en masse.  Thoughts? Any legitimate .ru users out there want to chime in?
