REI Co-op Kingdom Cot 3 Mini-Review

It might not look it, but this is the single most comfortable cot I’ve ever slept on (let’s include bunks at parks/camps as well). Tested it out last night and even though I’m a side sleeper that flips to his back periodically through the night, I was completely comfortable in every position and slept amazingly well.

No bars, bolts poking at any location, because it uses a perimeter system of bungees and generous strategically placed padding. The cupped shaped provides just enough “cradling” to keep you centered and stable, but not so much that you can’t shift around throughout the night. It can also be used in reclining mode.

The legs can be independently fine-tune for height and combined with the swivel feet, I imagine you can position it level on just about any reasonable surface.  Plenty of room for my 6′ frame and I don’t think I’ll be busting the 300lb weight limit any time soon.

This thing is definitely going in my car-camping and primitive LARP event kit!
